These refreezable, microwavable, reuseable cool gelpacks are perfect for sports first aid kits and physiotherapy supplies. For professional and home use including for post surgery, post hip replacement, arthritis, migraine, menstrual cramp, headache, swelling, sore ankles, deep muscle pain, stomach ache. This soothing aid relieves tired aching muscles and aids muscle relaxation. These physio hotcold pads should not be applied direct to the skin - best wrapped in cloth or used with fabric wraps, sleeves, covers or straps.

Safety Information:

Do not apply cold pack to skin for more than 20 mins at a time & leave 1.5-2 hours between applications. It is advisable to check the temperature is not too extreme against the skin. Always wrap the gel pack in cloth or sleeve before applying to skin. Best used for 48 hours after an injury. If discomfort continues consult a medical professional. Do not overheat a gel pack as it can puncture it. If gel pack is damaged or punctured do not use it. Keep out of reach of children unless supervised.
