It's an experience we've all had...
rummaging around the freezer for a bag of frozen peas or some other small veg to ease the pain and swelling of an injury. The peas go everywhere. Ice goes everywhere. There's not enough peas in the bag to treat the injury.
Luckily our hot and cold packs solve this problem. They stay cold for ages and mould nicely around the affected area, and you can just keep them in the freezer ready. The same packs can be heated quickly in the microwave or hot water.

1 x fabric wrap/ belt with velcro fasteners - Waist/Back/Shoulder Wrap (to fit waist up to 122cm)
Instructions for use:
You can keep the hot/cold pack in the freezer ready for use. Each pack has instructions printed on it, which saves having to hunt for the instructions every time.
These packs just couldn't be easier to use.
To heat put the packs in the microwave (600W) for 30 seconds (60 seconds if heating from frozen), then if not hot enough, in 10 second further bursts. Alternatively immerse them for 4-10 minutes in boiling water that's been taken off the heat (check for correct temperature after 4 minutes and in 1 minute intervals afterwards until the temperature is right).
To cool, put the packs in the freezer for an hour. Packs can be kept in the freezer. I generally take the packs out of the freezer 10 minutes before using them.
Insert the hot cold pack into the fabric sleeve and apply to the affected area, using the velcro to adjust the belt.I
Indications:
The hot packs are great for effective temporary relief of muscle tension, muscular discomfort or pain, back ache, menstrual cramps, sciatica and lumbago.
The cold packs help with reducing swelling and bruising, relieving muscular discomfort from bruises and sprains and temporary relief from toothache and headaches.
Safety Information:
It's advisable to use the wrap/ cover, or to wrap the packs in cloth before applying directly to the skin.
When frozen applications of the cold pack should be limited to about 20 minutes, then take a break before re-applying the pack.
